Being Zen
Welcome to these pages
Welcome to these pages
Life is a crazy wheel it can be hard to slow down.
If life has ever been too much or is getting out of hand, you might feel aspects of life are slipping away from your control.
Sleep might be challenged, health compromised, relationships starved of time and you are suffering
in many ways physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Perhaps something here will inspire you.
In these pages you will find reminders to slow, to remember to take pauses, to focus fully on what you are doing,
to be fully mindful as a way to deep peace.
To live in humility is to live a simple life.
From a simple life peace flows.
Being Zen, for me, is to live simply, mindfully, to meditate, take regular pauses in which to assimilate life`s experiences
to live more deeply in the present moment.
Being Zen slows life down on every level. From choices of jobs and pace of living, to social life and relationships.
Every aspect of life benefits from living through the
wisdom of Zen.
Zen creates the pauses that allow life to percolate;
to flow from knowledge into awareness resulting in
expanded self-awareness and wisdom.
Pause.... Breathe ..... Surrender.....Grow....
Pause...Breathe....
Being Zen
Being Zen
Being Zen is important as it creates a terrain allowing the small still voice of the God of your awareness to be heard.
Zen is not the end goal. For me the goal is unity with the Divine and all creation in the universal energetic matrix
of pure love,
Zen is the journey, a spiritual zimmer frame supporting you in deepening your relationship with your sense of God.
This journey is living in a way that lessens distractions allowing the heart to transmute all that we experience into wisdom.
Thus each day is not a repetition of the previous day,
each new day builds upon it.
Zen in and of itself will not enlighten us, but it opens the heart and soul to make space for transformation.
The greatest thing is we can do this for ourselves.
